Grazie alla capacità di spostarsi lungo i cinque assi, le Multitasking possono raggiungere il 90% del componente, riducendo i tempi di lavorazione del pezzo e migliorando la qualità del prodotto finito che non viene lavorato su più postazioni.

5-AXIS MACHINING TECHNOLOGY IN SHEET METAL PROCESSING
Thanks to the ability to perform machining on the 5 axes of a component, multitasking machining centers can machine complex parts, such as collimators and cutting heads used in the sheet metal industry, which have hard-to-work, three-dimensional, and curved shapes.
Multitasking machining centers can process three-dimensional components without needing multiple installations while guaranteeing a high-quality final product.
In addition, they can process different materials such as steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, and special alloys. This skill allows machines to work with parts with any sort of mechanical or thermal property, intended for specific applications.
