Con una macchina utensile multitasking-5 assi è possibile lavorare i 5 lati di un componente con una sola messa a punto, il che ci offre un elevato grado di flessibilità nella produzione di pezzi dalle geometrie complesse.

Grazie alla capacità di spostarsi lungo i cinque assi, le Multitasking possono raggiungere il 90%  del componente, riducendo i tempi di lavorazione del pezzo e migliorando la qualità del prodotto finito che non viene lavorato su più postazioni.

5-AXIS MACHINING TECHNOLOGY IN ENGINEERING PROJECTS

We have been collaborating with engineering studios for some time, especially for evaluating treatments and work processes functional to specific engineering projects.

In this case, multitasking technology is useful for the prototyping and production of test parts used in the initial phase of the project.
